Matthew Trim is a well-seasoned Senior Business Management professional with expertise in sales/business development, strategy development, marketing strategy, client management, stakeholder liaison, operations management, financial management and process improvement. With an established background owning and operating businesses across the service, food and beverage and retail industries; Matthew continues to expand his career horizons to learn and grow. In 2017, he founded a commercial real estate agency in Adelaide, SA by the name – Commercial Adelaide Real Estate Group. In just a time-frame of three years, he has managed to build the business to be one of the most respected boutique agencies in the region. 

As the Director of Commercial Adelaide Real Estate Group, Matthew Trim accepts and lists properties and businesses for sale and lease, conducts inspections, and advises buyers on the merits of properties and businesses and the terms of sale or lease. He is also responsible for cataloguing and detailing land, buildings and businesses for sale or lease and arranging advertising. Additionally, he assesses buyers' needs and locates properties and businesses for their consideration. He offers valuations and advice for buying/selling properties and businesses, and structuring the terms of settlement. To ensure growth of the company, he develops as well as implements business plans, budgets, policies and procedures; and helps arrange finance, land brokerage; conveyancing and maintenance of premises. 

In the past, Matthew Trim has worked with 131 Pizza, Melbourne, Victoria as the Business Development Director. With his strategic approach, & outstanding sales and closing skills; he was able to successfully build 131 Pizza to become the largest independent Pizza group in Australia with more than 200 member stores nation-wide. Trim is also the former Managing Director/Operations Director of Hospitality Group, Adelaide, SA; and Retail Operations Manager for Trims Retail, Adelaide, South Australia.
