The former Business Development Director of 131 Pizza, Melbourne, Victoria, Matthew Trim purchased the pizza group in 2012 and successfully built it to become the largest independent pizza group within Australia with more than 200 member stores nation-wide. During his service at 131 Pizza from 2012 to 2017, he led and managed continued growth, successfully maintained excellent client relationships, and negotiated key contracts with suppliers across Australia. He also set up a new website and online ordering portal plus ordering app. Apart from that, he worked with numerous restaurants to increase their revenue and profitability, successfully developed new business streams that aided organizational profitability, and implemented Salesforce CRM which increased business productivity.
