Matthew Trim is an Adelaide based well-experienced commercial real estate agent specializing in the brokerage of commercial & multi-unit real estate. He has successfully represented clients on both the buying and selling side of the transaction, delivering superior service and completing every transaction with a high level of competency and integrity. Matthew possesses excellent negotiating skills and in-depth market knowledge; and is an expert in property analysis, valuation, marketing, & management. He is also highly organised with strong analytical skills that enable him to identify commercial opportunities that drive organisational growth.

Since 2017, Matthew Trim has been successfully running his commercial real estate agency – Commercial Adelaide Real Estate Group in Adelaide, South Australia. As the Company Director, he is responsible for –

• Accepting and listing properties and businesses for sale and lease
• Conducting property inspections
• Advising buyers on the merits of properties and businesses and the terms of sale or lease
• Advising vendors of sales and marketing options 
• Cataloguing and detailing land, buildings and businesses for sale or lease
• Arranging advertising of the properties
• Locating suitable properties and businesses for buyers after assessing their needs and budget
• Offering valuations and advice for buying and selling properties and businesses, and structuring the terms of settlement

In addition to the above, Matthew Trim also handles the following responsibilities – 

• Collecting and holding rent monies from tenants, and remitting to owner on agreed basis
• Monitoring and addressing non-compliance with terms and conditions of tenancy and pursuing rental arrears
• Helping arrange finance, land brokerage, conveyancing and maintenance of the premises
• Developing and implementing business plans, budgets, policies and procedures for the agency
